The AFM Publishing House of the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University was established in 2004. Since 2015, it has been operating within the structures of the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University.

Publisher profile

The AFM Publishing House mainly publishes works in the field of social sciences. The University’s scientific journals are published online and are freely accessible (Open Access) – two half-yearly and five annual. We also publish: textbooks, monographs, supplementary books, lecture notes, scientific journals, conference materials, anniversary books, commemorative publications, reprints, and catalogues. A significant part of our publications are postdoctoral dissertations and works by candidates for professorship.

All texts are reviewed in accordance with applicable procedures; at every stage of the publishing process, we follow the applicable rules of publishing ethics. We ensure the high editorial and typographical quality of our publications. Thanks to the eRIKA UAFM Repository, the number of digitized titles is growing steadily.
